I love this set so much. It’s a handmade cotton two piece. The lace is all cotton too. It’s truly beautiful and very well made. The lace is beautiful which makes all the difference. The skirt still has extra elastic at the waist and is held with a safety pin. This is a good thing because it can be adjusted to literally fit anyone then sewn down or repinned if you don’t sew. The top is wonderful on its own. I’ve worn it solo for a great casual look. The color is so pretty. Top notch set. Will not disappoint. Pit to pit: 22” because of style it works oversized. Top Length: 17”. Skirt waist: very stretchy up to 50”. Length: 29”. I would say this set could fit sizes 8-18
