Misses' Short Dress or Jumper in Two Lengths and Blouse: (Including Lesson Chart ... "How to Make Gathered Ruffles").

V. 1 & 3 blouse with front button closing hs wide "Peter Pan" collar and long set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings, forming self ruffles. V. 1 features embroidered eyelet edging. The dress or jumper with skirt stitched to bodice above normal waistline has back zipper and shoulder straps. V. 1 has patch pockets. V. 1 & 2 are short length. V. 2 & 3 have self ruffle. V. 3 is ankle length.
