This condenser ships pre-charged. Once you bolt it in and reconnect the lines, your system is ready to run. If you're replacing an old condenser, capture and recycle the old refrigerant first, then recharge with the same amount your vehicle originally called for.

Will I need new O-rings or seals where the lines connect?

Always replace the sealing washers at both connection points. They're inexpensive and reusing old ones is the fastest way to develop a slow leak. Grab a replacement set when you order the condenser.

What if the condenser doesn't cool properly after I install it?

First, check that both refrigerant line connections are hand-tight and there are no visible leaks. If cooling is weak, your system may have air in the lines — a certified AC tech can pull a vacuum and recharge to solve that. If the unit itself fails within 30 days, contact support with photos and your receipt for resolution options.
