Do these bars come with mounting hardware?

Hardware is not included with this assembly. You'll need bolts and fasteners rated for your vehicle's mounting points—standard hardware from any fastener supplier will work. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for torque specifications.

Do I need to prepare or paint these before installation?

These arrive in raw steel condition. Paint or powdercoat them before install if you want long-term corrosion resistance, especially in wet climates. Sand lightly and apply your choice of automotive primer and topcoat.

How difficult is installation?

Installation is straightforward if you're comfortable with basic hand tools and a wrench. You're bolting to factory points—no drilling, cutting, or welding involved. A jack and jack stands make access easier; most installs run 1–2 hours per side.
