How to Measure

• Chest Circumference: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest. It should sit horizontally and comfortably without digging in.
• Waist Circumference: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, usually just above the navel. Keep the measuring tape slightly loose.
• Hip Circumference: Measure around the widest part of the hips and buttocks, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
• Bicep Circumference: Measure around the widest part of the upper arm (bicep area) while the arm hangs relaxed at the side.
• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the neck) straight down to the bottom hem of the garment.
