RainPoint WiFi soil hydration meter

The RainPoint Soil Hydration Meter is a smart, digital device with high accuracy and ultra-fast moisture detection. With the RainPoint Home app and off-the-shelf Wi-Fi hub, you can remotely monitor real-time moisture status, view historical data for up to a year, and set your own low- and high-moisture alerts, and automatically take care of watering when combined with smart irrigation systems. The rugged, waterproof and corrosion-resistant housing allows the sensor to be permanently left in the soil without the need to clean the device, and the compact design will work equally well in pots, balcony boxes and larger lawns, guaranteeing plants protection and water savings.

Precision that surprises

The device offers high measurement accuracy (±5 %RH - relative humidity), a quick reading in just 2 seconds and up to 15 times faster response than traditional models. With soil type recognition and "dry - moist - wet" scales, you will customize the measurement for each individual soil.

Remote monitoring in the app

When paired with RainPoint's separately available Wi-Fi hub, you'll have access to all your data in real time, both locally and from anywhere in the world. The RainPoint Home app allows you to track live soil moisture changes, review measurement logs up to a year back, set low/high moisture alerts according to your preferences, and automatically control your irrigation system (working with pumps, 1- and 2-zone timer hoses, mini hygrometers, rain gauges and other RainPoint family devices).

You'll never have to get your fingers dirty in the ground to check the moisture content again - just one click and the digital display will show the result almost instantly. Thanks to its waterproof and corrosion-resistant housing, the sensor can stay in the soil permanently, with no need to remove or clean it after each use.

Intelligent water and time savings

The RainPoint meter optimizes your watering practices - it will indicate the moment the humidity drops below the 15% level - the LEDs (ight-emitting diode, light-emitting diode) will start flashing red - and help you create an automatic schedule with individual notifications. Using an ultra-fast chip and low power consumption, the sensor works for a long time, and measurement logs will allow you to analyze humidity trends for months.
