     The BENTSAI B80 wide format handheld printer have 4 print-heads. Single print-head can print up to 10 lines of content, if 4 print-heads can up to 40 lines.

     4. Can it print on a T-shirt?

      Yes, as the ink cartridge included is water-soluble, it is suitable for T-shirt. The water-soluble ink cartridge can be print on any absorbent materials.

     5. Can I only put one or two ink cartridges instead of four?

     Yes, the B80 wide format handheld printer has 4 adjustable print-heads. Single print-head can print up to 10 lines of content (one inch), if put in 4 print-heads can print up to 40 lines (4 inches). You can insert different units of cartridges to meet your printout demand.

     6. What do you mean the ink can be refilled?

     Bentsai provides lower cost refillable ink (28ml) to refill the cartridge to help you maximizing cost savings. When the original cartridge usage at 50%, there would be a message alarms you the ink is a low usage. You could choose to use the refill ink to fill up the cartridge or keep using the old one. We would recommend you to contact us before operate the refill process.
