Vintage Hermès silk Grand Manège scarf designed by Henri d'Origny, in excellent pre-loved condition. It was initially designed and first issued in 1990 and reissued numerous times due to its high popularity. Symbol of French horseriding traditions, the Cadre Noir school in Saumur welcomes the horses and riders on the large indoor riding arena during gala performances. The figures traced by these highly skilled riders, the rosettes that decorate the mounts, the bridles, the stirrups, inspired d'Origny to create this scarf, an equestrian classic piece.
