Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processor

At the heart of the device is the Intel Core Ultra 9 285H - a 16-core and 22-thread processor built on a 6P-Core + 8E-Core + 2LP E-Core architecture, made using TSMC's N3B technology process. The chip offers 24MB of cache memory and has a TDP of 45W. With a computational performance of up to 99 TOPS, the processor excels at intensive multitasking. In the Cinebench 2024 Multi-Core benchmark, it achieves a score of 1,048 points, outperforming popular competitor units such as the AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS.

Dedicated AI unit

The processor's integrated NPU offers 13 TOPS of computing power, allowing it to perform artificial intelligence tasks much faster, including video editing or voice assistants. This makes the computer run more efficiently, while consuming less power and emitting less heat, resulting in longer life and more stable operation.

Intel Arc 140T graphics

The EVO-T1 is equipped with the Intel Arc 140T graphics chip, which offers 4GB of GDDR6 memory and a performance of 4.8 TFLOPS with FP32 calculations. The card supports XeSS technology, which increases the smoothness of gameplay by up to 40%, and enables 1080p resolution at full smoothness. It also speeds up rendering in applications such as Premiere Pro and enables local generation of AI images, such as in Stable Diffusion, with a render time of about 15 seconds for 512 × 512 pixel images.

Full bandwidth for graphics cards

One of the distinguishing features of this model is the presence of an OCuLink PCIe Gen4 x4 port, which offers a bandwidth of as much as 64 Gbps, providing nearly lossless communication with external graphics cards. Compared to USB4 and Thunderbolt 4, which offer 40 Gbps each, OCuLink guarantees a higher GPU efficiency of over 95%. However, it is important to note that this connector does not support hot-plugging - connecting and disconnecting devices must be done with the computer turned off.

Maximum capacity and speed

The device offers 64 GB of DDR5 RAM in a dual-channel configuration (2x32 GB SO-DIMM) with a clock speed of 5600 MT/s, which provides 75% higher speed than older DDR4 modules and up to 20% higher throughput during multitasking. For data, there are three M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 slots, allowing the installation of drives with a total capacity of as much as 24TB. With read speeds of up to 7,000 MB/s, the EVO-T1 handles large files with ease, and a flexible configuration allows space to be divided between system, projects and backup.

Video display on 4 screens

The mini PC allows simultaneous connection of four screens at resolutions up to 8K at 60 Hz. At your disposal is an HDMI 2.1 port with CEC support, DisplayPort 1.4 and two USB4.0 connectors for power and video and data transfer. This configuration makes it easy to work with advanced graphics and editing projects, and improves the user experience for everyday tasks.

Wireless connectivity

With support for the WiFi 6 standard, the computer offers twice the data transfer speed of previous generations, resulting in smooth streaming of 4K video and low latency when playing games. Bluetooth 5.2, on the other hand, ensures a stable connection to wireless accessories such as headphones, keyboards and mice, even in crowded environments with many active devices.

Rich set of ports - everything at hand

The GMKtec EVO-T1 offers a very wide selection of connectors to connect a variety of devices. On the front of the chassis there are 3 USB 3.2 ports with 10 Gbps throughput, 1 USB4.0 connector supporting power, data and video, as well as a 3.5mm CTIA-type headphone input. Another USB4.0 port, two USB 2.0, an HDMI 2.1 connector, DisplayPort 1.4, an OCuLink PCIe Gen4 x4 port, 2 2.5G LAN connectors and an auxiliary audio jack are located on the rear of the chassis.

Advanced cooling

The EVO-T1 uses a dual cooling system consisting of a VC heat pipe and two fans, which provides temperatures up to 30% lower than traditional solutions. The vents and RGB fan provide 360° air circulation, effectively dissipating heat even under heavy load. Such an arrangement allows for quiet and stable operation of components, which is especially important during long-term use.
